JOB SUMMARY

Where hospitality meets human resources — and you're at the heart of both.

Are you an HR professional who loves the energy of hospitality and the dynamic pace of food & beverage operations? We're looking for an engaged, emotionally intelligent Human Resources Manager to be the trusted people-partner for a sizeable, newly launched corporate dining operation. Eurest is proud to serve Disney - serving hundreds of cast members, each and ever day!

This is a fully on-site role where you'll be visible, accessible, and genuinely embedded with our operations team and our hourly, unionized workforce. Far from a typical desk job, you'll be connecting with your teams across the sizeable corporate dining campus. Your presence, partnership, and expertise extend far beyond the office walls. If you thrive on building strong relationships, navigating union partnerships with confidence, and bringing structure and care to a growing new business, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Human Resources Manager, you'll own the full HR function for this operation — recommending, developing, and administering policies and programs that support our people every step of the way.
Administer HR policies and programs spanning recruitment, separation, employee relations, disability and leave management, benefits, classification, compensation, performance management, and training
Serve as our subject matter expert on labor relations and our union partnership, with full oversight of union agreement administration
Lead staff recruitment and separations, including mass hiring initiatives to support this growing new business
Coach and counsel department managers and supervisors on employee relations best practices, policies, and procedures
Partner directly with employees to resolve sensitive or difficult work-related issues with care and professionalism
Guide supervisors and managers on job description development, benefits communication, compensation programs, and personnel policies
Own the performance management process, including counseling managers through annual performance reviews
Manage sensitive, confidential information with discretion while collaboratively partnering across client groups

QUALIFICATIONS

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field required; hospitality industry HR experience strongly preferred
PHR or SPHR designation strongly preferred
Bilingual fluency in Spanish required
3+ years of senior level HR generalist experience required; management experience a plus
Hands-on experience working with a unionized workforce is a must
Strong working knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, salary administration, and training
Sharp analytical, active listening, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems independently
A steady hand for handling difficult or sensitive situations with tact, discretion, and confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the political acumen to prioritize competing demands
A collaborative, team-first mindset

Why This Role?

This is a chance to build something from the ground up, with Eurest @Disney  — shaping the people strategy for newly assembled team, while being a true partner to the operations leaders and hourly associates who bring our hospitality to life every day. If you're energized by variety, relationship-building, and making a visible impact, this is the role for you.
Apply today and bring your HR expertise to a team that values exceptional people as much as exceptional cuisine!
