Job Summary

 

As the General Manager and lead all aspects of our day-to-day operations. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with high-end clients and deliver world-class hospitality experiences. You will manage high-volume events, coordinate scratch-made nutritional meals, and ensure flawless execution of daily operations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations of the restaurant and café
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Coordinate logistics for events and daily services
  • Implement and maintain health and safety standards
  • Successfully managing budgets and financial targets

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a high-volume food/hospitality role
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and logistical abilities
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Passion for delivering world-class customer service
  • Ability to adapt and solve problem in a dynamic environment
