Job Summary

As the Regional Director of Facilities, you will serve as the primary representative of  clients across designated accounts in the region. Your responsibilities encompass a wide array of critical functions sought at ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction. From spearheading program implementation, managing profit and loss, to nurturing client relationships, your role is pivotal in driving the success of our regional operations. Additionally, you will provide operational support to unit managers, lead account retention strategies, manage receivables, and support new account sales. Your duties also extend to personnel management, including hiring, training, development, succession planning, and mentoring of teams. This position requires regional travel to effectively engage with accounts. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of and optimize programs in Facilities Services Management, Financial Management, Human Resource, Sales, Contract Administration, and Client Customer Satisfaction to ensure excellence across all operational domains.
  • Strategically plan and coordinate the implementation of programs and operational activities within regional accounts, driving efficiency and efficacy.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and evaluations of existing programs at each unit, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Meet with Regional Vice President to provide detailed monthly progress reports on the region's performance enabling informed decision-making and strategic alignment.
  • Actively engage in surveys and sales efforts to secure new business opportunities, participating in pricing strategies.
  • Play a pivotal role in the selection of management and hourly personnel as necessitated by operational requirements.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, consistently seeking to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction that guarantees account retention and cultivates long-term partnerships.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree experience in business or engineering or related fields preferred
  • 5+ years responsibility at a regional manager level or ten years as a director level in facilities management
  • Contract management experience in a Business and Industry or education or health care institution preferred, with related continuous education courses.
  • Valid driver's license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
