Job Summary
Summary:
The Banquet Cook plays a key role in executing high‑quality banquet and event dining. This role supports large‑scale food production, ensures consistency, and brings creativity and precision to every plate. What You’ll Do
- Prepare, cook, and present menu items for banquets, private events, and large‑scale functions
- Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet kitchen operations
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary leadership to ensure timely service
- Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Support inventory, prep lists, and daily production needs
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a line cook, banquet cook, or similar culinary role
- Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time‑management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
