Job Summary

Do you love turning big ideas into real, tangible results? Canteen is looking for a highly organized, creative, and execution-focused Marketing & Brand Execution Specialist to bring our brand and marketing initiatives to life — from first concept to final rollout. This role goes beyond design; it's about strategic execution, keeping campaigns moving, and making sure every touchpoint reflects our brand at its best.

The ideal candidate is equal parts creative thinker, project manager, and brand steward — someone who thrives working across multiple priorities, collaborates easily with cross-functional teams, and executes with speed, accuracy, and genuine attention to detail. If you're energized by seeing a campaign go from idea to implementation, this is the role for you. Please note - we are open to candidates based in the Florida, NC, and SC markets (airport accessibility is a must). This is a remote based role; must be able to travel to accounts (30%). If based in FL, company car provided.

What You'll Do

Brand Execution & Marketing Support

  • Execute marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across digital, print, social, experiential, and internal channels
  • Ensure every marketing material aligns with brand standards, messaging, and visual identity
  • Coordinate production and deployment of promotional assets, collateral, presentations, signage, and campaign materials
  • Translate strategic marketing goals into actionable deliverables and timelines

Project & Campaign Management

  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and creative partners to drive execution
  • Track campaign timelines, approvals, revisions, and deliverables
  • Support event marketing and brand activations

Content & Creative Development

  • Create and adapt marketing content for email campaigns, social media, presentations, digital platforms, and print materials
  • Work within existing templates and brand systems while contributing fresh creative ideas
  • Support creative asset management and organization

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, operations, and corporate teams to support marketing priorities
  • Gather project requirements and translate them into effective marketing solutions
  • Help improve marketing processes, workflows, and brand consistency across departments
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing basic reporting and insights
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, efficiency, and loyalty
  • Support marketing audits and brand compliance reviews

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred

  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and campaign implementation
  • Experience managing projects in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, and/or other marketing platforms
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with operational execution
  • Experience with social media management, email marketing, or content platforms is a plus

What Sets You Apart

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands, priorities, and stakeholders
  • Adaptable and solutions-oriented
  • A genuine passion for storytelling, branding, and customer experience

Why Join Us

This is a role where your ideas don't just stay on the whiteboard — they come to life across real campaigns, real brands, and real customer experiences. You'll gain broad exposure across the marketing function, working alongside creative, operational, and sales teams to shape how our brand shows up every day.
