Restaurant, hotel, café, and hospitality leaders are encouraged to apply. Healthcare experience is not required.
LOCATION & FLEXIBILITY:
Must be based in the Orlando area and available to travel to support accounts throughout the Florida region as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Lead daily café and retail dining operations, delivering quality food, welcoming service, and appealing presentation.
• Hire, train, and coach team members to create a positive, guest-focused culture.
• Keep operations running smoothly through staffing, scheduling, payroll, and cash controls.
• Drive customer satisfaction through hands-on leadership and attention to detail.
• Bring fresh ideas to promotions, merchandising, catering, and special events.
• Manage costs, monitor financial performance, and complete operational reports on time.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, portioning, and cash-handling standards.
• Build strong relationships with guests, clients, and account teams.
WHAT YOU BRING:
• Experience leading restaurant, café, hotel dining, or retail foodservice operations; one to three years of management experience preferred.
• A hospitality mindset and the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
• Experience with cash operations, labor planning, budgets, and food cost controls.
• An eye for food quality, presentation, and retail marketing.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in foodservice management or a related field, or an associate degree with three years of related experience, preferred.
• P&L accountability and contract foodservice experience are a plus.
