Job Summary



Summary:  

 

A Financial Coordinator is responsible for assisting various financial activities within Levy at Kia Center. The role involves handling transactions, monitoring accounts payable, assisting in daily reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role reports to the Financial Controller.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets. (Purchasing reports and Labor declining)
  • Assist our Controller in financial reports summarizing key financial data and trends. (MSR and standard reports)

  • Monitor and manage ALL Charge backs and credit card disputes
  • Review Credit card processing systems needs and ensure proper tools are in place
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Vendors and Reconciliation of Partner sales
  • Organize financial documents for Concessions sales and Vendors reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Prepare and submit required financial reports to regulatory authorities
  • Assist in internal and external audits
  • Provide documentation and information as required during audit processes
  • Liaise with vendors and Maintain Insurance and W-2 Records
  • Ensure timely payment to vendors while maintaining positive relationships
  • Participate in special financial projects as assigned by management
  • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in financial administration or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
