As a Pantry Coordinator at Terralina Crafted Italian, you will oversee the preparation and stocking of pantry items, ensuring quality, freshness, and efficiency. You'll work closely with culinary and service teams to support seamless meal service and maintain a well-organized pantry area.
Qualifications

Experience in food prep or pantry operations preferred

Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs
-
Basic knowledge of food safety and handling practices

Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities

Prep and organize cold and pantry items per service needs

Maintain proper labeling, dating, and rotation of ingredients

Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed

Keep pantry and prep areas clean, sanitary, and orderly

Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
