  • Requirement: 5 years as superintendent experience required. OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Pay Range: $32.00 to $42.00

Job Summary



Summary:   Supervises and manages on assigned locations all operations. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains good client relations.
  • Ensures associates receive job-specific and safety training.
  • Trains and directs associates, ensuring compliance safety requirements, as well as operating policies and procedures.
  • Ensures contract compliance and staff awareness of contractual obligations.
  • Ensures all health and safety issues are promptly addressed and resolved.
  • Conducts accident investigations and completes necessary documentation.
  • Coordinates staffing, scheduling and crew changes as required.
  • Assists in the design, development and implementation of menus.
  • Monitors budget compliance.
  • Administers the counting and recording of weekly and monthly inventories.
  • Controls purchasing and inventory costs.
  • Assist in the design, development and implementation of menus.

  • Responsible to control purchasing and inventory costs.
  • Ensure proper PPE is utilized at all times.
  • Conducts ongoing evaluations and investigates complaints. Initiates corrective action.
  • Inspects kitchen equipment and appliances for needed repairs and submits maintenance request forms for equipment not functioning properly.
  • Ensures company policies and procedures for hygiene and food safety, quality assurance, human resources, and occupational health and safety are applied.
  • Ensures PPE is used at all times.
  • Conducts ongoing evaluations and investigates complaints; initiates corrective action.
  • Inspects kitchen equipment and appliances for needed repairs and submits maintenance request forms when appropriate.
  • Manages purchasing with a focus on minimizing dollars invested in physical inventories, complying with budgets, minimizing waste and avoiding product shortages.
  • Manage field operations work by employee skill sets, tools, equipment, personnel, and vehicles, direct field crew staff for successful project progress through completion.
  • Supervise Foremen and Direct Laborers to follow Installation, Safety, Quality, and General requirements or procedures established by the company.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, state/local electrical codes, and company safety policies.
  • Assist Estimating and Project Management to resolve issues related to viability and capability of prospective project opportunities.
  • Travel to job sites is required to perform above tasks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
