Job Summary
Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified Mechanical Estimator with a minimum of 5 years + of experience estimating mechanical, plumbing projects valued at up to $20 million. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with construction drawings and specifications
Responsibilities
o Develop new customers and new business initiatives to accomplish the company’s sales ambitions.
o Establish and maintain effective relationships with key personnel at potential and existing customers, and act as the main Sales point of contact.
o Create sales quotations that meet customers’ requirements.
o Forecast, track, and report key metrics (e.g. quarterly forecasts and quarterly sales results).
o Perform research, generate leads, follow up on incoming leads, and maintain a pipeline of potential new customers and new market opportunities.
o Organize and chair Business Review Meetings with existing customers and Introduction Meetings with new customers.
o Maintain close communication with internal teams and leverage capabilities to provide customers with customer-centric experience.
o Clearly communicate customer requirements to internal stakeholders and suggest actions to improve sales performance.
Requirements-Preferred:
o Minium 5+ years’ experience with very strong knowledge in estimating Mechanical, HVAC, Piping, Plumbing
o Able to estimate $25,000.00 to $50,000,000.00
o Willing to Travel to pre bids if required or job walks
o Has knowledge with estimating software FastPipe, FastDuct, Fastwrap, etc. or equivalent
o It is in office no remote or hybrid
o Experience managing multiple account portfolios.
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
o Highly organized and solution oriented.
o Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
