Job Summary

This is a great opportunity to become a strategic leader within a growing company. We are seeking a growth-minded District Manager to oversee multiple foodservice and office coffee operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional service across a dynamic portfolio.

As District Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance, and building strong client relationships. You’ll lead your teams to meet financial goals, uphold brand standards, and support innovation in retail food and beverage services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple foodservice and office coffee accounts, ensuring operational excellence
  • Ensure adherence to company standards for food quality, merchandising, and asset management
  • Conduct operational audits and implement improvements to drive productivity and profitability
  • Develop accurate forecasts at unit and district levels; manage budgets to meet financial targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align district goals with broader company objectives
  • Support client relationships and represent the company at key engagements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in foodservice, office coffee, or related industries
  • Strong background in contract/budget management, customer service, and team development
  • Demonstrated success in growing a business and driving financial results
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Inclusive, proactive, and resilient leadership style
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively
