Join our team as a Director of Dining Services and take the lead in shaping an outstanding dining experience within a premier acute care healthcare setting.
In this highly visible leadership role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day dining operations while building strong partnerships with clients, patients, guests, and hospital leadership. You’ll lead and inspire a talented team, champion culinary excellence, drive operational performance, and bring innovative foodservice programs to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operation: Oversee daily dining services and provide strategic leadership to ensure exceptional service, quality, and operational excellence.
- Build strong partnerships: Develop trusted relationships with clients, customers, guests, hospital leadership, and key departments.
- Champion culinary excellence: Partner closely with the Chef and management team to create innovative menus and deliver high-quality, memorable dining experiences.
- Drive financial performance: Oversee the account’s P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls while identifying opportunities to improve overall financial results.
- Bring innovation to the table: Lead the implementation of new culinary initiatives, programs, and dining concepts that enhance the customer experience.
- Develop your team: Inspire, coach, and develop associates while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Elevate the guest experience: Maintain a strong customer-first focus and consistently look for ways to exceed expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- Certified Dietary Manager Certification (CDM) or RD
- OR Must obtain a CDM/RD certification within 18 months of your start date
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field preferred
- 5–7 years of progressive foodservice management experience
- Multi-unit and/or healthcare foodservice experience strongly preferred
- High-volume food production and catering experience essential
- Proven experience managing budgets, P&L, and financial performance
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and client relationship skills
- Passion for culinary innovation and exceptional customer service
- A strategic, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with a premier foodservice organization
