Warehouse Supervisor | Chase Field

Job Summary

Join the dynamic operations team at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, as a Warehouse Supervisor. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining efficient warehouse operations to support the various needs of the stadium.

• Supervisor Warehouse Attendants, oversee warehouse daily tasks and delegation.
• Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.
• Conveys materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Places materials/goods on racks, shelves and bins or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.
• Fills requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves; conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Marks materials with identifying information; Maintains inventory records.
• Records number of materials or items received or distributed.
• Weighs or counts items for distribution within stadium to ensure conformance to company standards.
• Arranges stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers.
• Use computer to enter inventory counts
• Compiles worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.
• Drives vehicle to transport stored items or to pick up items.
• ompletes requisition forms to order supplies from other departments.

• Thoroughly and accurately uses Levy Purchasing systems
• Thoroughly completes all warehouse set-up and breakdown responsibilities

• Employs good safety and sanitation practices

• Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment
• Use proper lifting techniques
• Adheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements.
• This position may require the following valid certifications; Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry
• Shipping and receiving experience preferred
• 2 years’ experience in supervisory role preferred

Physical demands:

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.
• Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen/warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
