Position Summary

The Beverage Supervisor is responsible for leading and executing all beverage operations throughout the venue, including bars, vending machines, and 24/7 market locations. This role supports the delivery of exceptional guest experiences while driving beverage sales, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring financial accountability.

The Beverage Supervisor serves as a hands-on leader who develops team members, supports inventory and cost control initiatives, and maintains a safe and compliant work environment. During periods of lower beverage volume, this position provides operational support within concessions and other Restaurant/Cafes locations as business needs require.

Major Areas of Responsibility

• Operational Leadership: Lead daily beverage operations across bars, vending machines, and 24/7 market locations. Maintain service, cleanliness, merchandising, and operational standards.
• Guest Experience: Deliver a championship-level guest experience and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Financial Performance: Support revenue growth, inventory control, ordering, receiving, and cost management initiatives.
• Team Member Leadership: Train, coach, and develop beverage team members while fostering a positive culture.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain food safety, responsible alcohol service, and regulatory compliance.
• Cross-Functional Support: Assist concessions operations during peak periods and special events.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in food & beverage, hospitality, concessions, or retail operations.
• Experience managing bar or beverage programs in high-volume environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and inventory management skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Work in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.
