Salary: $80,000/Yr-$85,000/Yr

Job Summary

The Community Manager Lead is a dynamic, client-facing role that blends the responsibilities of community management and corporate event coordination. This position is designed to enhance the employee experience by ensuring seamless office operations and delivering exceptional service for meetings, conferences, and events. The role supports both general workplace needs and high-level executive environments, acting as a central point of contact for facilities, meeting logistics, and event planning.
You are a proactive, service-oriented professional with a passion for creating welcoming, efficient, and engaging workspaces. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are highly organized, and excel at building relationships across all levels of the organization.


Key Responsibilities
Community Management
•Serve as the primary contact for all office management and facilities-related issues.
•Monitor and report on preventative maintenance (lighting, HVAC, plumbing, janitorial, furniture, etc.).
•Support and enforce clean desk and free addressing policies.
•Provide first-level AV and IT support and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
•Manage floor storage, stationery supplies, and IT repair requests.
•Assist with employee moves and workspace transitions.
•Maintain close relationships with executive-level admins.


Meeting & Event Coordination
•Manage and book reservations for meetings and events using EMS.
•Plan and execute corporate events, including high-visibility VIP meetings and conferences.
•Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure all event needs are met.
•Oversee room setups and breakdowns, ensuring configurations meet client expectations.
•Manage incoming shipments and stored materials.
•Provide consultative support to clients on event logistics and best practices.
•Support AGM by ensuring proper scheduling and coverage for all events and meetings.


Key Competencies
•Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
•Strong verbal and written communication.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMS reservation software.
•Basic IT and AV troubleshooting skills.
•Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
•Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and schedules.
•Experience in hospitality, communications, or event planning.
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain mobile throughout the workday.
