Position Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist in managing the successful operations of our staff. This role will ensure an exceptional staff experience that meets the high standards of Levy and will assist team members in maintaining a safe environment. If you are a self-motivated, organized, well-spoken, overall nice person, with a passion for providing support to staff, then we are looking for you!
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Experience: Assist in recruitment, facilitate employee onboarding, participate in HR initiatives to improve engagement, and serve as point of contact for employees to address HR-related questions and concerns.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assisting in audits and reporting.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, in both paper and internal database.
- Complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data and information with confidentiality.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in an office setting preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to learn and grow within HR
Schedule
- Role is Part-Time
- HR will be scheduled on match days therefore will need to be available evenings and weekends
- Must maintain excellent attendance
