Position Title: Nonprofit Coordinator 

Pay Range: $22.00 to $24.00

A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two days are quite the same, here’s what you can expect as a Nonprofit Coordinator

  • Recruit and onboard new groups according to Levy guidelines and operational needs
  • Ensure all Nonprofit Groups are compliant with Levy and state requirements
  • Engage regularly with volunteers and provides a high level of customer service
  • Follow up and give feedback regularly to non-profit groups
  • Support Concessions team on event planning and execution
  • Bi-weekly invoicing
  • Organize group needs – touch base regarding upcoming events and onboarding
  • Participates in general office duties: meetings, cleaning, filing and other similar administrative activities
