Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including the receiving, storing, organizing, and distribution of food, beverage, and merchandise products. This role ensures accurate inventory management, safe food and equipment handling, and a clean, well‑maintained warehouse environment. Working closely with the purchasing team, the supervisor helps maintain proper stock levels, supports month‑end inventory processes, and provides direction to warehouse and utility team members to uphold efficiency, safety, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, verify, and store incoming shipments; document any discrepancies or damages.
- Load and unload trucks using manual or powered equipment.
- Prepare and deliver orders to designated locations, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard‑free warehouse areas.
- Ensure all products are properly stored, dated, and rotated following safety and sanitation standards.
- Complete daily warehouse inspections and support monthly safety audits.
- Manage stock control, including monitoring par levels, reducing dead stock, and scheduling deliveries.
- Maintain proper storing conditions to prevent spills, spoilage, or product loss.
- Lead month‑end inventory counts across all warehouse spaces and assist with data entry into purchasing systems.
- Report inventory concerns or discrepancies to purchasing leadership.
- Communicate stock usage before, during, and after events to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Serve as the link between management and hourly staff to ensure accurate tracking of goods.
- Provide daily direction to warehouse and concessions utility team members.
- Monitor warehouse and condiment storage areas to ensure tasks are completed and provide additional guidance as needed.
- Move products between venues, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Handle courier packages entering through the North Dock, ensuring proper distribution and documentation.
- Submit equipment repair or maintenance requests and ensure proper handling of all warehouse equipment.
Short Description
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Multnomah Food Handlers Card, ServSafe Certification, and OLCC Liquor License.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and stooping for extended periods.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Flexible availability to accommodate changing event schedules and shift needs.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and high‑profile guests.
