Job Summary
Location: NY/CT Region
Day travel required to multiple locations, including Poughkeepsie, Rhinebeck, Carmel, Danbury, Sharon, Norwalk, and New Milford.
The Director of Standardization plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across all service lines by identifying, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives that support systemwide consistency and client-specific needs. This position focuses on improving business efficiency through innovation, standardization, and the successful execution of large-scale projects that enhance client satisfaction and retention. Success in this role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration, effective project management, and advanced analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between operations, field support teams, and clients to align strategies with business objectives
- Leverage data analytics to identify, evaluate, and prioritize operational initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support communication, engagement, and change adoption
- Lead project planning efforts, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and performance metrics
- Promote, document, and disseminate best practices across the region to drive consistency and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing large, complex projects
- Proven success leading change management efforts and driving cross‑functional initiatives
- Strong ability to influence and lead without direct authority
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and business acumen
- Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must reside in the NY/CT region with the ability to travel daily to assigned account locations
