Job Summary:

The Enterprise Systems Delivery Manager is part of a team of technical resources supporting complex integrated facilities management and enterprise technology platforms for clients of Compass Group North America across a wide variety of industries. This role works cross-functionally with operations teams, client stakeholders, and internal ESFM technology resources to support implementation, delivery, optimization, and ongoing support of enterprise systems.

The Enterprise Systems Delivery Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery, configuration, and continuous improvement of technology solutions used across client portfolios. This role is responsible for delivery of technology initiatives, delivery timeline management, support of system configuration, and ensuring consistent processes, communication, and issue resolution throughout.

This role partners closely with operations teams, technicians, and third‑party vendor partners across North American locations (U.S. and Canada). The position also works with the ESFM Technology team to drive operational efficiency, maintain accurate system configurations, and support key performance metrics and reporting.

The role directly manages employees, and provides leadership across projects, implementations, operational technology initiatives, and optimization activities in collaboration with the Program Management Team.

 

Systems and Platforms

Systems and platforms that may be supported in this role include ServiceNow, Nuvolo, Poly, SmartInspect, Maintenance Connection, SAP, Microsoft Teams, Google Looker, LMS, SharePoint, and other enterprise CMMS/IWMS technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a prompt, professional, and positive client experience.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, operators, technicians, and internal ESFM Technology teams.
  • Coordinate and manage technology implementations and delivery activities across multiple client portfolios.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and status reporting to ensure predictable and high‑quality delivery.
  • Track and manage project plans, ensuring task completion, dependencies, and effective handoffs between teams.
  • Lead project meetings, conference calls, and implementation discussions in an organized and effective manner.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to establish implementation plans, capture action items, and ensure alignment on delivery milestones.
  • Lead and support configuration of enterprise systems including asset inventories, preventative maintenance programs, inspections, surveys, and operational workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for operational optimization through effective use of technology platforms.
  • Oversee user onboarding, system configurations, and testing prior to production release.
  • Deliver training for operations teams and technicians in both in‑person and virtual formats.
  • Assess, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of issues within IWMS/CMMS and related technology platforms.
  • Escalate platform issues, enhancement opportunities, and client feedback to appropriate technology teams or vendors.
  • Act as liaison between client stakeholders, operations teams, and ESFM Technology teams to ensure timely support and resolution.
  • Support documentation and development of operational standards for technology solutions.
  • Ensure users have access to data insights and reporting to help clients and operators make informed operational decisions.
  • Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on changing business needs, resource availability, and timelines.
  • Anticipate risks and develop mitigation plans to support successful technology delivery.
  • Support operational planning and key technology initiatives aligned to business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working within an Information Technology or enterprise systems environment.
  • Experience managing technology implementations, system configurations, or delivery of enterprise platforms.
  • Strong project coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills.
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to quality.
  • Experience with CMMS, IWMS, or enterprise facilities management technologies preferred.
  • Project Management and/or ITIL certifications preferred.
  • Experience in facilities management, hospitality, or related service industries is a plus.

 

Work Environment

This role is primarily remote but does require travel to client locations, often on short notice. Client sites may have strict safety or personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements for onsite visitors.
