Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and articulate Optimization & Insights Analyst to help scale our Data-Driven Cleaning (DDC) program.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and technology. The primary responsibility is to translate operational data into clear, actionable insights that improve cleaning effectiveness, optimize labor deployment, and demonstrate measurable value to clients.
While supporting pilot site execution, this role’s core focus is performance analysis, hypothesis validation, and communication of data-driven recommendations to site and regional leadership.

This is not a project management or platform administration role. It is an insight-to-action role.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze Performance & Identify Optimization Opportunities (Primary Focus)
  • Monitor and analyze usage, inspection, work order, and time-on-task data across pilot sites
  • Evaluate threshold effectiveness and recommend adjustments Identify inefficiencies, anomalies, and labor optimization opportunities
  • Quantify the impact of operational changes and validate pilot hypotheses
     
    Translate Data into Clear, Actionable Insights
  • Create concise executive summaries and structured performance readouts
  • Present findings and recommended next steps to site and regional leadership
  • Facilitate optimization discussions that drive operational decisions
  • Prepare insight-driven materials for QBRs and client reviews
  • Success in this role requires the ability to simplify complex data and communicate clearly to non-technical audiences.

Support Pilot Execution Through a Performance Lens

  • Ensure site configurations align with defined success metrics and hypotheses
  • Validate data integrity across platforms (ServiceNow, Nuvolo, Looker, inspection tools, sensors)
  • Monitor adoption and compliance trends; coach or escalate when needed
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Technology teams based on field insights
  • This role supports pilots — it does not own full implementation or act as project manager.

Drive Adoption & Operational Engagement

  • Partner with unit managers and operations leaders to build investment in data-driven processes
  • Establish site-level routines for usage reviews, schedule adjustments, and threshold tuning
  • Deliver small-group or on-site training sessions focused on performance improvement

What Success Looks Like

  • Pilot sites can clearly articulate measurable value from DDC
  • Operational decisions are driven by data rather than assumptions
  • Thresholds and schedules evolve based on evidence
  • Leadership receives concise, structured performance insights
  • Data integrity and adoption improve over time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–6+ years in analytics, operations performance, consulting, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret trends and patterns in operational data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to present insights to non-technical audiences
  • High ownership mindset and comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations and technology teams

Preferred:

  • Experience in facilities management, janitorial operations, or field services
  • Experience building dashboards or performance scorecards
  • Experience presenting to leadership teams
