Job Summary:

The Microsoft Power Platform Automation Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining Power Platform solutions within Compass Group. The Associate will work closely with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) and the Implementation Lead to define requirements, develop the solution, monitor the usage and performance, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to identify and develop solutions that drive process improvements and efficiencies throughout Compass.  Responsible for development, management and oversight of projects and facilitation of successful operational change management.
  • Provide end user support for the Power Platform, including resolving tickets, answering queries, providing guidance, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Provide technical support for the Power Platform citizen developers, including assisting with app development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with the standards and practices defined by the CoE.
  • Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows using Power Platform tools to streamline business processes and eliminate manual tasks.
  • Collaborate with the CoE and the Implementation Lead to identify and implement best practices, enhancements, and updates for the Power Platform.
  • Participate in the Power Platform training and evangelism activities, such as conducting workshops, webinars, demos, and open hours, and sharing resources and tips.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform or similar low-code platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of the Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
