Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team and lead our efforts in generating new business opportunities. This role focuses on researching and hunting for potential clients while also qualifying and prospecting leads. The Sales Development Representative will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new markets and engaging with prospective customers to enhance our sales pipeline.
Daily Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential new clients
• Manage inbound leads from the website
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand their needs and provide targeted lead generation support
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential prospects and enrich contact information
• Qualify leads to ensure they meet our criteria
• Utilize a multi-channel outreach approach
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and Directors of Business Development
• Analyze and report on lead generation performance metrics
• Adapt strategies based on data insights to improve conversion rates and overall effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification techniques
• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Excellent research and prospecting skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
