Job Summary
This position is a seasonal, event-based role, with a primary duration from April-September.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of concession bar locations during events and peak business hours
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate concession bar staff
- Ensure prompt, friendly, and professional guest service
- Monitor food and beverage preparation to ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Enforce responsible alcohol service and adherence to all local, state, and company regulations
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation
- Monitor inventory levels; assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards across all concession bar areas
- Handle guest concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist management with staffing needs, performance coaching, and disciplinary actions
- Prepare basic reports related to sales, staffing, or incidents as required
Qualifications:
Must posess or able to obtain valid alcohol servers' permit.
