Job Summary

Bring your culinary craft to the next level! As a Sous Chef, you will support kitchen leadership by executing dishes with precision, upholding food quality and safety standards, and guiding culinary teammates. You will assist with inventory, mentoring, and driving a productive and positive kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or relevant kitchen experience

  • Proficiency in food safety and sanitation protocols

  • Ability to lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff

  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-quality menu items consistently

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas

  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering

  • Enforce safety and sanitation standards

  • Support Executive and Senior Chefs with team oversight

  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring of culinary staff
