Job Summary
As a Nutrition Lab Technician for Morrison Healthcare at Mayo Clinic, you will be working on a team that prepares formula and breast milk for neonatal, infant, pediatric, and adult populations. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and are detail oriented. Pay: starts at $23.25/hour based on experience, eligible for overtime pay
Work Schedule:
• Full Time (30-40 hours/week)
• 8 hour and 10 hour shifts available
• Hours are variable from 6:45 am to 6:30 pm
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
Prior education and/or experience is preferred but not required.

• Comfort with learning new technology and computer system
Day to Day Job:
• Fast paced work environment with high levels of activity
• Collaborate with nurses, registered dietitians, and other care team members regarding breast milk and formula orders
• Prepare breast milk and formula accurately using established recipes and sanitation procedures
• Calculate breast milk recipes based on desired volume
• Navigate computer software to print labels and patient lists
• Identify and label formula and breast milk
• Deliver prepared feedings throughout the hospital
• Clean and sanitize equipment and workspaces
• Receive formula and breast milk products and monitor inventory levels and expiration dates
