Salary: $22.00-$23.25 hourly

Job Summary
As a Nutrition Lab Technician for Morrison Healthcare at Mayo Clinic, you will be working on a team that prepares formula and breast milk for neonatal, infant, pediatric, and adult populations. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and are detail oriented. Pay: starts at $23.25/hour based on experience, eligible for overtime pay
Work Schedule:
Full Time (30-40 hours/week) OR Part Time (16-29 hours)
8 hour shifts
Hours are variable from 7:00 am to 5:15 pm
Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
Prior education and/or experience is preferred but not required.

Comfort with learning new technology and computer system
Day to Day Job:
Fast paced work environment with high levels of activity
Collaborate with nurses, registered dietitians, and other care team members regarding breast milk and formula orders
Prepare breast milk and formula accurately using established recipes and sanitation procedures
Calculate breast milk recipes based on desired volume
Navigate computer software to print labels and patient lists
Identify and label formula and breast milk
Deliver prepared feedings throughout the hospital
Clean and sanitize equipment and workspaces
Receive formula and breast milk products and monitor inventory levels and expiration dates
