Salary: $105000 -$125000 / yr

Job Summary

Eurest is seeking a hospitality obsessed, experienced Senior Marketing professional to join our exemplary creative team. Our Senior Marketing Manager (Dining Services) is a strategic, creative and results-focused marketer to deliver the vision and pillars of the Dining Program at the largest corporate dining account for Eurest. This dynamic leader will manage a team focused on concept brand strategy, menu strategy dining initiatives and customer feedback that positively impact the customer experience for all North America locations. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and cross functional teams, they will develop innovative marketing programs for our progressive foodservice client. This position is responsible for overseeing a team collaborating with Culinary and Operations in developing and launching new menu concepts & marketing initiatives which will generate new sales, drive participation, and continuously improve customer experience. 

 

Key Resonsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Culinary and Operations Team, manage a team in developing and executing holistic menu strategy for cafes and Restaurants in Puget Sound and Field sites that incorporates key business pillars including Sustainability.
  • Work closely with Director of Marketing to develop and execute Concept Brand strategy and oversee development and launch of new concept brands.
  • Collaborate with Vendor Partnerships Marketing Manager in developing integrated opening plans and promotions to increase transactions for both Eurest owned and vendor partner dining locations.
  • Partner with Digital Strategy and Communications Manager in creating a seamless on site and digital experience for the customer.
  • Oversee and manage the development and execution of all graphic design and printed collateral, including but not limited to menu/menu boards, poster signage, digital signage, PIDs to ensure consistency, brand standards and customer experience in providing guidance, prioritization and direction to supporting team to meet necessary deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Assess areas of opportunities, and proactively recommend new technology and/or processes to improve and elevate the customer experience and support operational efficiency.
  • Manage Sr. Customer Engagement Specialist in managing Customer Feedback, and identifying Corporate resources to bring future innovation and trends to continually showcase innovation in the Dining program.
  • As a senior leader on the Marketing Team and people manager, set an example of accountability and coach team and other Marketing managers to support their professional development goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10+ years briefing, designing, managing and executing high profile marketing programs (retail, hospitality, restaurant)
  • People management experience with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Strong knowledge of food branding and brand strategy
  • Strong knowledge of product management or menu development, and creative executions of menu formats
  • Strong knowledge of digital communications and social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and recommend process or technology improvements to support customer experience and/or operational efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence – both verbal and written to effectively interact with senior leaders as well as front line employees.
  • Highly proficient in developing presentations, utilizing PowerPoint as well as other mainstream software and technology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of high-quality marketing collateral development and vendor management
  • Passion, knowledge and appreciation of culinary arts, food and dining with a focus on customer experience
