Job Summary

 

Responsible to implement and customize Hospitality solutions for National Accounts operations, promoting outstanding customer service throughout their area of responsibility. Coordinate or facilitates training for salaried and hourly associates on customer service performance standards, processes, and initiatives to build service excellence for all customer groups – guests, clients, retail visitors, catering, and fellow associates throughout the organization. Identify and curate Hospitality Champions in each region. Leverage existing pulse surveys or customer sentiment tools / dashboards to measure impact of programs and training.

 

Supervises Through Subordinates: Dotted line supervision of contract level Hospitality Champions

 

Guest Relations and Communication Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Represents company in a positive, efficient, and friendly manner in all customer and employee interactions
  •  Build and Implement a Guest Satisfaction Feedback Forum. Track results and report as requested
  • Implement Cafe surveys and apply the client approved system to improve Guest Communication, Complete Surveys, and various communication forms
  • Encourage and build a culture of hospitality while ensuring trackable programming is conducted in units weekly
  • Events coordinated daily for guest and vendor(local) engagement
  • Coordinate Associate Recognition Programs, Contests, and HERO Awards
  • Can encourage others while growing team participation in Nudge
  • Initiate programs –Mystery Shopper/E Connect-Track results
  • Support and improve recruiting process for key hospitality/ key customer facing positions specifically to identify hospitality skill of candidates while building a truly diverse and inclusive team.
  • Drive desired hospitality outcomes through various platforms (Nudge and/ or contract specific communication protocol), Facilitate Hospitality Communication on a regular cadence
  •  Facilitate distribution of customer sentiment data; driving recommendations, solutions, and desired results
  • Implement Elev8 Hospitality platform

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • 1-3 years communication and training experience that required day-to-day interaction with customers, problem solving and training program/communications-package development
  • Must have proven familiarity with curriculum development tailored to a foodservice/retail environment
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and training skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and time management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and high workload—must be able to adapt to frequent change
  •  Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a plus
