Job Summary:
The Inbound Sales Associate is responsible for responding to and qualifying inbound leads across various digital and phone channels. This role is often the first human interaction a prospect has with our brand, making responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through essential. Inbound Sales Associates ensure timely lead follow-up, assess fit and interest, and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further engagement.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via email, phone, web forms, and other platforms.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine next steps for routing.
- Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and outcomes in CRM and supporting tracking files.
- Collaborate with SDRs and RSDs on handoff processes and opportunity tracking.
- Meet or exceed daily follow-up, response time, and qualification targets.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction.
- Monitor lead sources and provide feedback on trends or recurring inquiries.
- Support Inbound team with preparing and sharing weekly lead activity reports.
- Participate in regular team meetings to stay aligned on priorities and updates.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or lead qualification role
- Proven success meeting response time and lead conversion benchmarks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM platforms and basic reporting
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working remotely
