REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR - RAPPORT, CA, TX (REMOTE)

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + commissions

Location: California or Texas near a major airport

We are currently seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Director (RSD) to join our high-performing team. Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Sales, you will lead sales efforts across Texas and California, leveraging the full strength of the FLIK & Rapport brands to drive growth. This is a strategic, high-impact individual contributor role ideal for a proven “hunter” with a track record of winning new business. Candidates should reside in California or Texas, preferably near a major airport.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive new business development and aggressively grow revenue while ensuring profitability
    • Build compelling, strategic sales proposals and respond to complex RFPs
    • Cultivate long-term relationships through exceptional rapport-building
    • Consistently exceed sales quotas through a disciplined, strategic approach
    • Identify and leverage internal resources to support successful deal closure
    • Exhibit strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
    • Partner effectively across functions and levels throughout the organization
    • Deliver polished, persuasive presentations with confidence and energy
    • Champion and model the Compass Sales Process

     

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 3+ years of new business development experience (food services industry preferred)
    • Proven record of exceeding quotas and sales targets
    • Experience crafting winning proposals and handling complex RFP responses
    • Proficient with CRM tools and standard business technology
    • Ability to represent the company at professional events and industry functions
    • Excellent communication, executive presence, and logical problem-solving skills
    • Prior experience selling at the VP level
    • Ability to travel extensively throughout the region
    • Team-oriented mindset, driven by collective success
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
