Job Summary

As a Recruiter supporting the Support Services Super Sector, you will serve as a trusted talent advisor, partnering with hiring leaders to identify, attract, and hire top professional and management talent across facilities management, engineering, custodial, maintenance, and support services functions.

This role is ideal for a relationship-driven recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative environment. You will leverage market intelligence, innovative sourcing strategies, and proactive workforce planning to build sustainable talent pipelines, influence hiring decisions, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate client needs while managing multiple priorities with urgency and precision.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for salaried, professional, and management-level positions across the Support Services Super Sector.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing hiring leaders with market insights, talent availability, competitive intelligence, and recruiting strategies that support informed hiring decisions.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing and engagement strategies that build sustainable talent communities and pipelines through professional networking, CRM technology, referrals, industry events, and other creative sourcing channels.
  • Drive an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through timely communication, process transparency, and thoughtful relationship management.
  • Leverage recruiting data, labor market trends, and talent insights to influence hiring strategies, provide competitive intelligence, and support informed business decisions.
  • Effectively prioritize multiple requisitions while maintaining recruiting metrics, service level expectations, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR, and business leaders to support workforce planning and employer branding efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting best practices throughout the hiring process. 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional recruiting experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting salaried, professional, and management-level positions.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting professional and management-level talent within facilities management, engineering, maintenance, custodial, building services, construction, property management, industrial services, or related operational environments
  • Ability to anticipate hiring manager needs, adapt recruiting strategies, and build credibility through thoughtful consultation and proactive communication.
  • Demonstrated success identifying, engaging, and nurturing passive talent through professional networking, CRM technology (HireEZ or similar), talent communities, referrals, and other modern sourcing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring leaders by anticipating business needs, influencing hiring decisions, and delivering consultative recruiting solutions.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Excellent interviewing, communication, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience working in a high-volume, matrixed organization with competing priorities.
