Job Summary

We’re looking for a Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team in a fast-paced Acute Care setting in Riverview, FL. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive patient satisfaction, elevate food service operations, and make a real impact on the patient experience every single day.

We also have a psm open in Tampa at Advent Health Carrollwood.   Keep that in mind.

🔑 What You’ll Do:

  • Set the tone for excellence by leading and executing patient dining programs aligned with clinical needs and patient populations
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing patient services team
  • Ensure all meals meet dietary restrictions and patient preferences—without compromising quality
  • Drive patient satisfaction scores and create a service-first culture
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, regulatory standards, and patient rights policies
  • Lead or support quality improvement initiatives, department meetings, and patient experience programs

✅ What You Bring:

  • Associate degree + 1 year of relevant experience OR bachelor’s degree in food service, nutrition, or related field
  • CDM, DTR, or RD preferred (strong plus)
  • At least 1 year of food service management experience (acute care highly preferred)
  • ServSafe® certification is a bonus
  • Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office, EMRs, and diet office systems
