Position Title: FIELD MARKETING MANAGER - NORTHEAST 

Pay Grade: 15 

Reports To: Retail Director

Salary:  $75,000-$80,000/yr.

Other Forms of Compensation: 10% Bonus eligibility

Job Summary

 

As a Regional Field Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the corporate marketing department to ensure CulinArt retail, marketing and merchandising standards are in place. You will lead the marketing function for the region, supporting growth, innovation, customer and client experience, as well as ensuring corporate initiatives and promotions are executed. You will communicate, train and implement support for operators in snack and beverage program execution, signage and marketing standards. A background in foodservice is preferred as you will be supporting CulinArt's dining operations at accounts within the Northeast market. 
 

Now, if you were to come on board as a Regional Field Marketing Manager, we’d ask you to do the following for us: 

 
Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee coordination and execution of CulinArt marketing, retail standards, events and promotions to maximize exposure and customer engagement.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials, displays, and promotional collateral maintain are current and well maintained.
  • Train and support operators and regional marketing champions in the implementation of retail and front-of-house programs through site visitations, account reviews and execution of action plans.
  • Drive growth and guest and client satisfaction through execution of CulinArt beverage and snack strategy, focusing on product selection, ordering practices, merchandising and plan-o-gram adherence. 
  • Collaborate with CulinArt’s Wellness, Culinary and IT teams as needed in program communications, and training and implementation of support.
  • Analyze and report on progress achieved in target marketing strategies and objectives on a quarterly basis.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or hospitality, with demonstrated ability to market programs, and merchandise and create outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and maintain organization in a challenging environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and clients. 
  • Extensive travel required in this position – up to 80% travel to support our operators in the Northeast region (supporting retail operations in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Maine).
