Job Summary
At Canteen, we deliver best-in-class refreshment and foodservice solutions powered by operational excellence. As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate product distribution, and a safe, organized environment. This role is critical to supporting service teams, driving productivity, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse operations, including inventory control, product distribution, and order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring proper rotation, storage, and product availability
- Ensure compliance with company standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational procedures
- Optimize warehouse staffing, scheduling, and workflows to improve productivity and control labor costs
- Review service and delivery frequencies to support sales growth while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Oversee facility maintenance, including repairs, housekeeping, and security
- Monitor and enforce safety standards and compliance with all company policies
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to support overall business objectives
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to warehouse activities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse supervisory or related experience
- Experience in warehouse operations, facilities, military, or support services environments
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply safety rules, operational procedures, and manuals
- Strong written communication skills for reporting and documentation
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Union experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
