Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
Shift: Monday - Friday 6 AM-3 PM | hours will vary depending on business needs and events

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, hospitality-focused Catering Director to lead a premier catering program supporting two campus café locations. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional catering experiences, with a strong emphasis on executive-level and C-suite events, while partnering closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless execution. The Catering Director will collaborate with the Executive Chef and Chef Manager to plan and execute high-quality catering events and will report directly to the Food & Beverage Director. When catering activity is light, this position will support the daily operations of the campus cafés.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete catering process from initial inquiry through event execution, invoicing, and billing.
• Consult with customers to develop menus, coordinate event logistics, and accommodate special requests and dietary needs.
• Partner with the Executive Chef and Chef Manager to ensure exceptional food quality and seamless event execution.
• Oversee catering setup, presentation, and service standards, with a focus on executive and C-suite events.
• Develop innovative catering menus and seasonal offerings to enhance the guest experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and personalized service.
• Support café operations as needed to ensure overall operational success.
Ideal Candidate
• Experience in catering, hospitality, or foodservice management.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with a passion for menu development and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
