Salary: $50,000 to $60,000

Job Summary
The Concessions Manager is responsible for the overall operations of concessions to include accounting for daily receipts, ordering food and production items, operational and budget goals, staff relations, as well as enforcing all health and safety standards
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall financial success of all concessions
- Develops and maintains positive working relationship with client and build staff especially in developing per performance concessions sales plans..
- Ensures strict compliance with cash handling procedures and reconciliation of the daily receipts and publish nightly sales reports
- Ensures opening and closing duties have been successfully completed
- Manages with entrepreneurial mindset while focusing on building and improving the business and patron experience
- Establish and maintain a positive and professional environment, as well as one that is safe
- Ensures and maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Ensures the policies and procedures are enforced in a fair and consistent manner
- Establishes and maintains an exception associate relations through effective recruitment, hiring, positive motivation, training, development and discipline
- Manages the proper inventory of the concession, as well as stocking and restocking stand as needed, and initiate action to improve product
- Recommends and implements menu selection and pricing
- Develops new concepts to increase existing revenue sources and concession sales and implements approved concepts
- Manages the daily cleaning of all concessions locations and equipment including any cooking machinery
- Oversees proper maintenance and repair of concessions equipment
- Ensures health and safety code compliance
- Ensures that all team members follow the alcohol compliancy best practices and in compliance with liquor regulations and implements required training
- Attends all meetings as required
- Produces monthly forecast of performance to budget and plan
- Manages the day’s receipts and transporting of all money to the appropriate location
- Tracks revenue and labor on a daily basis
- Knowledge and compliance with policies and procedures as outlined under the Associate’s Handbook
- Completes all assignments and tasks as instructed by any member of management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of three (3) years of management experience
- Interacts professionally with multiple departments
- Communicates effectively both written and verbal
- Management Food Safety Certified or ServSafe and Alcohol Certified
- Lifts, pushes, pulls and organizes up to fifty, (50) pounds
- Works a flexible schedule for any day or time
- Skillfully uses hands and fingers easily
- Stands and walks long period of time
- Multi-tasked oriented and organized
- Computer literate
