Position Details: We are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian with a strong background in food safety, allergen management, and wellness program implementation. In this role, you will lead and assess food safety and wellness initiatives through collaboration with culinary teams, operational leaders, and client stakeholders to uphold best practices, strengthen compliance, and deliver measurable program outcomes.
Salary: $95,000 - $100,00 per year

Job Summary
About This Role
We’re looking for a Registered Dietitian (RD) who’s ready to lead and make a real impact as our Food Safety & Wellness Manager. In this role, you will lead and support comprehensive wellness, allergen labeling, food safety, quality assurance, and audit compliance with a premier tech client.
What You’ll Do
- Food Safety & Quality Assurance: Lead site-level execution of food safety programs, conduct regular food safety audits, develop corrective action plans, and serve as the key point of contact for food safety incidents and resolution
- Allergen Labeling & Risk Management: Lead site-level execution of our allergen control and labeling system, train culinary and service teams on allergen management, ensure accurate communication of allergen and ingredient information through digital and physical labeling platforms, and serve as the expert for menu management software
- Wellness Programming: Support the implementation of wellness-forward menu offerings, collaborate with the culinary and marketing teams to promote educational wellness campaigns, healthy eating initiatives, and nutrient transparency, and serve as the expert in nutrition and wellness at site-level meetings, employee events, and client presentations
- Training & Team Support: Develop and deliver training sessions on food safety, allergens, and wellness for culinary and service teams and mentor unit-level allergen champions
- Maintain Corporate Connections: Collaborate with food safety and wellness teams during meetings and for projects as assigned to ensure alignment with company, client, and regulatory standards
- Customer Service: Create friendly, solution-focused experiences for guests and team members, ensuring every comment receives a response within 24 hours and important feedback is shared with management to drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required
- Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable
- Minimum 5 years of experience in foodservice, culinary nutrition, or food safety within high-volume, multi-unit environments preferred
- Serve-Safe Manager certification required
- Experience working with tech clients or in a hospitality-forward culture preferred
- Experience using digital tools and dashboards for audit tracking, labeling, and training resources
- Ability to travel up to 50% required
