Salary:  $90,000 - $125,000 / year

Job Summary

Working as an Executive Chef at Adobe, you will oversee all culinary functions for a flagship café on the San Jose campus. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing a high-volume, breakfast and lunch-only corporate dining operation. You will lead a team of associates, ensure food quality and consistency, and maintain all safety and sanitation standards. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, full benefits, paid holidays, and strong work-life balance. You will serve as a visible, hands-on leader who drives an exceptional guest experience while supporting a dynamic, multicultural culinary program.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing culinary team in a fast-paced corporate dining environment
• Oversee cost controls, budgeting, and overall financial performance of the account
• Plan, create, and execute diverse, high-quality menus with a focus on multicultural cuisine
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
• Roll out new culinary programs in partnership with marketing and culinary leadership
• Act as the face of the operation, engaging with guests and fostering a strong café culture

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Culinary degree preferred
• Three to five years of culinary management experience
• Experience in high-volume corporate dining or similar environments
• Strong background in multicultural cuisine
• Proven experience managing cost controls and operational efficiency
• Hands-on leadership style with strong team development skills
• Desire to grow within a leading foodservice organization
