Job Summary

The Operations Experience Ambassador supports several different aspects of office operations while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, and staff members. This role will include a variety of individual and team responsibilities throughout the office workspaces, conference rooms, kitchen/break areas, and reception.

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and exceptional internal and external customer support with an emphasis on elevated hospitality per local workplace standards.
  • Interact with employees and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner, making yourself approachable for questions and requests.
  • A focus on meeting & event coordination within the office, including planning activities, working with organizers, placing catering orders, and other logistics.
  • Work independently and with a team to set up and teardown meeting rooms, catering orders, and office equipment.
  • Utilize internal engagement platforms to announce upcoming and highlight past office events.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to maintain office organization and cleanliness, including resetting workplaces and meeting rooms, loading/unloading dishwashers, and beverage machine upkeep.
  • Restock, organize, and maintain supplies in meeting rooms, kitchen/break areas, wellness rooms, and other areas.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma /GED required, Associates degree in hospitality management, communications or other related field is preferred 
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in hospitality industry
  • Proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task; managing multiple projects and work assignment
  • Ability to handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of events
  • Tact in working with professional peers from other departments and all subordinates
