Position Title: Director of Dining Services - Tech Corners 

Salary:  $80,000 - $85,000 / year

Job Summary

As the Director of Dining Services at Tech Corners in Sunnyvale, CA, you will lead all aspects of a dynamic corporate dining program, delivering elevated hospitality experiences within an innovative tech-driven environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, cultivating strong client partnerships, and inspiring a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional food and service. The ideal candidate brings a passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and forward-thinking culinary experiences that align with Tech Corners’ collaborative workplace culture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all day-to-day dining operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal teams across the campus
  • Partner closely with culinary leadership to develop creative, market-driven menus and premium food offerings
  • Drive operational excellence through effective financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight
  • Champion innovation by implementing new dining concepts, wellness-focused initiatives, and culinary programs
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a talented hospitality team focused on service excellence and continuous growth
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company standards
  • Analyze operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and enhanced guest satisfaction
  • Support catering and special events operations as needed within a fast-paced corporate environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of progressive foodservice or hospitality management experience
  • Experience leading high-volume corporate dining, hospitality, or catering operations
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational costs
  • Passion for hospitality, culinary innovation, and creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Desire to grow within a premier foodservice and hospitality organization
