Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of Delta Sky Club food service operations, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to budgetary goals.
- Help deliver an exceptional hospitality experience by maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service excellence, and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and developing team members to support a high-performing workforce.
- Provide operational leadership across all areas of the Delta Sky Club, ensuring smooth and consistent service delivery.
- Foster positive working relationships with associates, guests, clients, and cross-functional teams throughout the operation.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, brand standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Support business objectives and contribute to the achievement of financial and operational goals.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Flexible availability required, including opening shifts, closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- 2 to 4 years of food service management experience in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- 2 to 4 years of leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, bars, airport lounges, VIP lounges, corporate dining, or related hospitality settings preferred.
- Strong understanding of food service operations, culinary standards, and guest service excellence.
- Proven financial and business acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and operational planning.
- ServSafe Certification preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Associate degree in Hospitality, Business, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
