Job Summary
Summary: Join Levy Restaurants at Grand Casino Arena as a Cook, where you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality dishes for Wild games, Frost games, concerts, and other premier events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including entrees, sides, and appetizers, according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared with the highest quality and consistency to deliver a memorable guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Monitor food inventory and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure efficient operations during events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cook in a professional kitchen is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle high-volume production.
- Passion for culinary excellence and a team-oriented mindset.
