Job Summary
Join Levy Restaurants at Grand Casino Arena as a Dishwasher, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen during Wild games, concerts, and other premier events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, ensuring items are properly stored after cleaning.
- Support kitchen operations by assisting with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate restocking needs to supervisors.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure a seamless and efficient operation during events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks.
