Job Summary
Fuel the fan experience! As General Manager of Concessions, you will lead all concession operations, ensuring speed, service, and sales meet the highest standards. You’ll manage a diverse team, coordinate with vendors and partners, and drive a dynamic event-day atmosphere that delivers excellence to every guest.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred

5+ years of experience in foodservice, concessions, or high-volume operations

Proficient in inventory management and POS systems
-
Knowledge of food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation regulations
-
ServSafe and local certifications (as required)
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, schedule, and train all concessions team members
-
Oversee concession stands, kiosks, and portable units during events
-
Monitor inventory, purchasing, and product availability

Partner with culinary and purchasing teams to ensure efficient operations

Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed

Analyze financial performance and implement improvements
