Eurest is seeking a passionate, people-focused Assistant General Manager to help lead the VIP Delta Sky Club at Salt Lake City International Airport.

The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in leading day-to-day food service operations, developing a positive and high-performing team culture, and ensuring operational, corporate, and brand standards are consistently achieved.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading daily Delta Sky Club operations, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and adherence to approved budgets.
  • Support premium food, beverage, and hospitality experiences while maintaining high standards for quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members while fostering engagement, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Provide hands-on leadership across food and beverage operations, guest services, staffing, inventory, and operational compliance.
  • Collaborate with leadership, cross-functional teams, and airport stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and an elevated guest experience.
  • Monitor labor productivity, operational performance, and service standards while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, associates, clients, and business partners while modeling Delta Sky Club hospitality standards.
  • Support compliance with company, airport, food safety, sanitation, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Flexible schedule and open availability required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and closing shifts in a fast-paced airport lounge environment.
  • 2 to 4 years of food service, hospitality, or restaurant management experience with demonstrated operational leadership.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience in upscale hospitality, including restaurants, hotels, airport lounges, private clubs, bars, corporate dining, or other premium guest-service environments.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, food safety, quality, presentation, and guest experience.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing labor, expenses, budgets, inventory, and operational performance.
  • ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Associate's degree in Hospitality, Business, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
  • Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for Delta Sky Club guests.
