Help create a friendly, professional, and memorable bar experience in the Delta Center’s premium spaces!
As a Premium Club Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages to guests in a courteous, timely, and responsible manner. This position is responsible for setting up assigned bars, preparing drinks, checking identification, following responsible alcohol-service standards, maintaining product quality, and keeping the bar area clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys guest service, has strong attention to detail, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced premium hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Take and process beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and proper portion-control guidelines.
- Check guest identification before serving alcohol in accordance with Levy policy and applicable liquor laws.
- Follow all state, federal, local, and Levy responsible alcohol-service requirements.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to signs of guest intoxication as trained.
- Set up assigned bars and stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, produce, and other supplies.
- Prepare, store, and maintain fresh garnishes, juices, and other perishable items to ensure product quality.
- Arrange bottles, glassware, and bar products to maintain an attractive and professional display.
- Wash and sanitize glassware and stemware as needed.
- Keep bar areas clean, organized, safe, and guest-ready throughout service.
- Properly secure beverage products, food, equipment, deposits, cash drops, and assigned bank.
- Follow all Levy, Delta Center, food-safety, sanitation, cash-handling, workplace-safety, and alcohol-service procedures.
- Complete general cleaning tasks and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Bartending, beverage service, restaurant, hospitality, or guest-service experience is preferred.
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of liquor laws, responsible alcohol service, and proper drink preparation is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and move for extended periods.
- Ability to remain physically and mentally alert during busy service periods and emergency situations.
- Ability to lift and move materials, supplies, and equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to use hands for grasping, handling, and operating bar equipment.
- Ability to work a flexible event-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid Utah Food Handler Permit.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid Utah On-Premise Alcohol Certificate.
