Reports To: Regional Director

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000

Other Forms of Compensation: Bonus Plan

Job Summary

Wolfgang Puck Catering is seeking an energetic and driven Restaurant General Manager to oversee the seamless operation of our dynamic restaurant and catering venue. This role leads a Monday–Friday restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, alongside a bustling barista bar and catering operations. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, the General Manager ensures outstanding hospitality, operational excellence, and financial performance while embodying the innovation and passion that define the Wolfgang Puck brand.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team, delight clients with exceptional dining experiences, and drive the success of a multifaceted operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for the restaurant and catering business, ensuring consistent quality and hospitality across all service periods and outlets.
  • Manage financial performance, including P&L accountability, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team through recruitment, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
  • Foster strong client and guest relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to develop innovative menus and deliver exceptional food quality.
  • Implement new culinary programs and initiatives in partnership with Wolfgang Puck Catering’s marketing and culinary leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service standards, operational efficiencies, and team development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive management experience in high-volume restaurant and catering operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and prior experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a hands-on, collaborative management style.
  • Proven ability to cultivate positive client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Passion for innovation, quality, and hospitality excellence.
  • Desire to grow and advance within a world-class culinary organization.
