Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 / Hour

Job Summary
The Guest Service Agent (GSA) creates a warm, professional environment for clients, executives, and staff. Based in the Conference Center, this role serves as the first point of contact, ensuring guests feel welcomed, supported, and directed throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests with a professional presence; stand during peak hours and when receiving visitors
• Direct and escort guests to meeting rooms; provide wayfinding and general building information
• Monitor conference room activity, including schedules, attendance, and catering needs
• Coordinate with Conference Center teams (Coordinators, Catering, Audio/Visual) to support event execution
• Conduct room readiness checks and ensure proper setup (materials, cleanliness, functionality)
• Perform opening and closing walkthroughs as needed
• Manage meeting bookings in EMS, including confirmations, updates, and no-show tracking
• Prepare daily meeting agendas and materials
• Register visitors and manage front desk operations, including phones and message handling
• Assist with coat check, luggage, and shipping materials back to clients
• Maintain reception and conference areas to high presentation standards
• Communicate service requests to internal teams (Facilities, IT, AV, Mailroom)
• Troubleshoot guest and operational issues in real time
• Support catering setups and provide backup coverage when needed
• Follow emergency procedures and company policies, including grooming and uniform standards
• Prepare and submit daily reports; participate in team meetings
• Maintain flexibility to support additional duties and multiple locations as needed
Preferred Qualifications
• 2 to 3 years of experience in hospitality, reception, or corporate client services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office systems
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality
• Strong sense of ownership and service mindset aligned with hospitality standards
