Salary:  $135,000 - $140,000 / year

Job Summary

The General Manager, reporting to the Regional Vice President, oversees all aspects of daily operations for a high-profile tech company account, ensuring operational excellence, superior food quality, and exceptional service. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage P&L, budgeting, HR functions, and client relationships in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The operation delivers fresh, seasonal, and chef-driven meals through on-site dining, catering, and micro-kitchen services, emphasizing sustainability, innovation, and team development to provide high-quality, nourishing food experiences at scale. Schedule: Monday–Friday.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Oversees all P&L, budgeting, and financial performance for the account

  • Manages day-to-day operations and ensures service excellence

  • Leads HR functions including hiring, training, counseling, and terminations

  • Oversees scheduling, payroll, and staff development

  • Builds strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal stakeholders

  • Partners with the Chef and management team on menu development and food quality

  • Implements new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred

  • Minimum five years of foodservice operations experience

  • Proven success in high-volume production and catering

  • Demonstrated financial management and budgeting experience

  • Strong desire to learn and grow within a leading foodservice organization
