Job Summary
The General Manager, reporting to the Regional Vice President, oversees all aspects of daily operations for a high-profile tech company account, ensuring operational excellence, superior food quality, and exceptional service. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage P&L, budgeting, HR functions, and client relationships in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The operation delivers fresh, seasonal, and chef-driven meals through on-site dining, catering, and micro-kitchen services, emphasizing sustainability, innovation, and team development to provide high-quality, nourishing food experiences at scale. Schedule: Monday–Friday.
Key Responsibilities

Oversees all P&L, budgeting, and financial performance for the account

Manages day-to-day operations and ensures service excellence

Leads HR functions including hiring, training, counseling, and terminations

Oversees scheduling, payroll, and staff development

Builds strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal stakeholders

Partners with the Chef and management team on menu development and food quality

Implements new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred

Minimum five years of foodservice operations experience

Proven success in high-volume production and catering

Demonstrated financial management and budgeting experience

Strong desire to learn and grow within a leading foodservice organization
